    This is a great list. It is funny because 3 of my friends work for 2 companies in the bottom list. And every week I have to hear how bad they hate their jobs...

    You know what's weird is that as I look at the bottom performers on the list - I'm not surprised. After all, I HATE doing business with some of those businesses so it shouldn't surprise me that it's a "trickle down" in effect. They treat their employees like shit and in response, their employees treat the customers like shit.
