Steve Lavey · 8 months agoI don't think Facebook is going to go public anytime soon. To have to do all the disclosures when you can raise money priavtely would make tme think they are not going to do it in 2009.

Steve Lavey · 8 months agoI also think that Yu has the opportunity to sell his shares to a broker at about a $4 billion valuation -- not a bad thing to do if you are an ex-Facebook person.
