It could also be because they have steadily hiked their fees up and drove away their most loyal fan base of sellers/buyer alike. I have no sympathy for this company, they have never listened to their real customers in the last few years and just tried to scrape as much money as possible from them.

Yep its the increase in fees that alone are killing ebay I sell stuff from time to time on there but try to avoid it all together & find a better site to sell on, the fees add up & add up fast & the fact that the economy is in bad shape doesn't help much either if you ask me ebay sank itself....
